The Cinema Museum

So I am getting increasingly annoyed with myself and my lack of blogging but as usual life just keeps getting in the way and I feel a little uninspired at the minute. All I wanted to do last night was go home and climb into my bed - maybe its the weather or time of year but my lovely friend Rob had offered me a ticket to go and see Keaton Henson and I am not one to flake. He was brilliant but getting to the point; the gig was at the Cinema Museum, located between Kennington and Elephant & Castle. The website doesn't really explain what it is or what to expect but I could help but wander round snapping all the old amazing signage and film posters. I recommend a visit to anyone interested in typography and also keeping an eye on upcoming gigs/events. It always amazes me how many hidden treasures there are around London.
