Printing gocco style...

So with the January blues well and truly upon us I thought I'd share this years Christmas card with you all- for those that did not receive one anyway. I'm ashamed to admit that it is only the second time I have got my Gocco screen printer out; which I AM going to rectify this year I promise, and I attempted a double layered print (sure there is a more technical term than that) which didn't really work. I took inspiration from candy canes and printed one layer of white and the following day printed the red stripes. I missed the s off Christmas as it was too close to the edge of the screen and it was very difficult to match the prints up but as I said it was only my second time and I am still learning to print by hand!
